Can anyone advise me why filters never seem to work? I have age restrictions on and newbies blocked but still getting mail? What is the point of filters if they don't work? Can anyone advise on this please? I'd be very grateful

i think the site is glitchy a fair bit right now. my messages are deleting themselves, saves me doing it but i'm sure it's not meant to happen?

Are you sure you have your filters set not just preferences?

It will tell you what filters are active here at the top in red - https://www.fabswingers.com/my/filters

Hi there,

Yes I have active filters and I also reset them just to make sure. One of my filters is block newbies but yet I received a message yesterday from someone that joined three days ago

I was having the same problem Candy. I did check mine thanks to QofT as above. I found it wasn't saving mine. I had to clear cache, reset everything. Restart and then rest again. It then saved and worked for me.

Same as Iv blocked unverified members but they still message...

Oh wait...they paid their £5 so that's a site supporter so they can still message???

Wrong!!!

If you have blocked non-verifieds, the fact that someone is a site supporter is irrelevant to the filter. If you contact us privately with the username we can check it out for you (contact link at bottom of homepage, follow the site owner links).
