I don't understand why friend requests or winks are in order of when they were last online, sure it should be when they winked or requested your friendship?

I have a whole list of friend requests and winks and mines are in order that were last sent.. i dont delete as it means they can resend

They ARE listed in order they were received, it's just that underneath them it says "x-minutes ago" and that is when they were last online, not when they did the winking.
