Photo verification

My friend has just joined the site and uploaded one photo. Then we couldn't do anything else as it kept going to the photo-verify screen no matter where or what we tried to do. She has sent on the photo in the right way for the photo-verify but it's not getting accepted. We even deleted her account and started again and it's still the same issue. Is there any reason as to why this is happening..?

She can't. She physically can't get past the photo-verify page

She can still send a message to Admin from the contact button

She can't. The only useable links are "you need to photo-verify to finish your registration", "keep refreshing g this page to check", "logout" and "delete"

Can't even click on account or home buttons as they physically aren't there x
