Blocks appear to count for nothing.

I have an online stalker and its stressing me out and preventing me from enjoying the site. I have repeatedly blocked the user in question for him to then delete his account and create a new one. This has happened 4 times now

Can ISP addresses not be blocked or banned?

Report it so Admin can check, plus block of course.

add a filter so that new members or non validated cannot contact you..
