Ive been given a time out from chat because it said i was being abusive. I was defending myself against another user but has he been given a time out too. I doubt it.

report it in the contact-us then coz talking about bans gets you an extended ban.

If you want to query a ban the best place to do that from is the contact button. Just to clear something up...you won't get an extended chat ban for mentioning your ban, but as you have now had advice of where to ask for help, it is wise not to start another thread about a ban on the forum or you could end up with a forum ban too.
