There are some network problems upstream of us which may be causing problems on the site e.g. some images not loading and possibly other things not OK

Our network team is aware and are investigating.

We'll add time to all site supporter passes so no one loses out

We believe this to be fixed

We're continuing to monitor and looking into the root cause to stop it re-occurring

We'll be adding time to all site supporter passes

thanks thought was going *** as was getting this all the time

Error code 20

The proxy failed to connect to the web server, due to TCP connection timeout.

But all others were working. Would have been Sky yet again doing something

Looked like a ddos attack, but its gone now.

This was a hardware failure on a network device. We should be resilient to this so we're looking to understand why it caused problems.
