You don't get any help which personally is a poor do considering some of us pay over £50 year which is a fair amount if you multiply by amount of members.

Can you use the 'forgot password ' link after you've retrieved the email log in?

i forgot my email password as i never you that email address. its about 5 years old. admin reset my password on here before. ill figure it out one way or another

So they did answer and help you then. If you still have a problem they will answer you from the contact button like last time if they can help you.
