Just wondering if there was a way that if you've got a pm conversation and go back to the main chat window, that if you click on pm for that person again, it brings the open pm window to the front, rather than opening a new pm window

Of another idea is that there could be different tabs along the top of the chat window for the main room and any pm windows you have open.

Some sort of indicator like a colour change to say you've go a new message in the pm window would also be good.

I am totally with you on this one!

Drives me potty having to minimize the main chat screen to look for the pms!

What i do is this.

Open the room I want to go into, that opens in small box. I resize that with the mouse (hover over the bottom right corner till it turns to a double headed arrow and drag the corner) to almost the full screen.

Any PM's that come in, or I start, I drag them to the top left hand side so that I can partly see if any reply has been made. Clicking on the PM box then brings them to the front.

Not ideal, but until admin do change it, that seems to be a decent enough way of doing it.

That does work Steve, but I do hope they make some changes soon cos I'd probably use it a lot more but it's just too much of a pain lol

Yep it is a pain, I guess it's not too bad for folks with bigger screens..... And then you see people asking how to use the iPhone in the new rooms
