I know you don't have to look at them, but to save people wasting their time & sitting wondering if they are going to get a response could we have the option to turn them off.

You Dont Need to Know, right now

"I know you don't have to look at them, but to save people wasting their time & sitting wondering if they are going to get a response could we have the option to turn them off.

"

This gets a big thumbs-up from me. Either disable the 'wink' link, or send a bounce-back "this profile does not accept winks", so that the sender knows they haven't made contact.

I ignore them too, so it would be a good idea to have a bounce back yes

I just get fed up of seeing people moaning and whining with frustration about the site

Little things like this I thought might just reduce at least some of it.

I tend to use winks as no responses from messages and at least it not feel that bad getting same response from a wink

We don't mind winks but yes, but yes we agree if people don't want them it would be good to have the option to not receive them.

"Bet the OP gets a load now......?"

Why would you think that

Receiving them isn't that problem as I ignore them. It's all the people that send them I'm thinking about what's the point if they are ignored.

This gets a big from me.

I'm not against winks, but it would be nice to be able to disable them if you don't wish to receive them.

Peaky Nipples

I'm a winker I like them as a way of testing the water if I'm not sure if I'm what the other may be interested in.

Wink back and I message.

Getting a bounce back from those that don't use it would be useful

Flagrante

Like many on here we simply ignore and bulk delete them...it does say this in our profile though so anyone who sends.one hasn't read it.

not far from iceland,,,,,, tescos is nearer though :-) (near leeds)

Those that wish to receive them will look at them, those that don't won't look at them.

Those that send and the moan about a lack of response will get just as arsey when their messages are deleted and not replied to.

I'd suggest the folk who moan about a lack of response adjust their expectations, expect nothing thn anything is a bonus..

Ok fair enough our opinion is we never ever worry about it, we get winked we may or may not look who's winked at us then if there's an attraction we wink back if not we don't , it's all part of the site !
