URL blocking

Why has the site started to block any messages with any sort of URL in . It never used to before today ...well at least not for me. I can't even send a link to my tumblr account with out it getting the silly threatening message.

Nope tumblr and google drive addresses worked yesterday but not now. I think Admin or the techs have tweaked the filter and not said anything

Still getting

To protect our users from SPAM or UNWELCOME CONTENT, because your message contained a WEB SITE or UNWELCOME CONTENT it has been blocked. Just hit back and remove the website name or address and the message will be sent This is to protect people like you from receiving spam! PS. please don't try and get around the blocks or your account will be removed

OK we see -- this is a different type of block than we assumed

We block tumblr URLs since they have been mis-used by spammers previously

Hi admin.

I am emailing regarding a block I cannot send messages out.

I tried replying back to my mail this morning and got a message / notice come in black bold font.

I didn't read it and pressed OK on accident natural thing to do as i am at work.

The following text below is given in read font.

Sorry you can't send messages just now. Try again in a couple of hours the block will have cleared!

Please can you tell me the reason of the block. I am genuine and respect never had any issue with anyone.

This is the first time it's happened.

Please can you help.

I received this message about six months ago and there were no URLs or websites mentioned.

Had to give up on the message in the end
