Blocked but not blocked??

I was in new chat earlier today and someone came in the room and instead of the usual - pm poke block - under the username it said unblock.

I have no one on my block list so Im a little confused as to how I can unblock someone when I havent blocked anyone

Is this a glitch where someone has blocked me and I can unblock them??

Surely, if Admin can apply a block like that, only Admin would be able to unblock? Seems a bit worthless otherwise!

One would guess that the 'unblock' would be overridden by admins block and the unblock button is just part of the software

but surely admin would let you know why you have been blocked from each others profiles or as to why it was done .

spec as they have never spoken to one another does this mean admin can or will go around blocking folks from each others profiles without a cause or is it too much to ask for a reason as to why ??
