Android predictive text not working

Hello!

Ive noticed over the last few days that my predictive text doesnt work when on fab on my phone. It works fine on other sites. Is this a problem with others or just my phone playing up?

Try turning it off to clear it and see what happens

I've tried a whole combination of turning off and on and restarting. No joy. Having to peck out each letter to type a reply is so 2001

I can see your predictive text is on fire there

Restarted the phone twice with no change.

Are you viewing the site with your browser in secret mode? That disables predictive text.

Mrs android updated a few months back and his predictive text and suggested next words stopped working altogether

I have no clue to be honest. Xperia z5 phone, so which ever version that is. Browser is Chrome. It worked up until a few days ago and ive not changed anything.

Not using incognito window.

I have had the same problem was telling a fellow fabster earlier

Ok can you try this and let me know if there are any changes

On the chrome browser press the 3 dots in the top right

Select settings

Select site settings

Select all settings

Select the m.fabswingers address (not the HTTPS m.fabswingers ones if they are there)

Select clear / reset

See if that works, if not I'll have another look-see at it for you

Also any idea on the android version and keyboard used ?

Only way I could sort it was log out for a while then log back in

Sorry, didn't see the responses! Thank you for the advice. Just tried typing now and it's all working again. My phone had a system update the other day so that must have fixed it as I've not changed anything myself.
