i cant get in new chatroom anymore, why???

Hi i was only on this afty and usually go in chat everyday, never ad problem before going into new chatroom so why is it happening now, av rebooted my labtop and also restarted my labtop, The problem is still there, also when i try old room, it wont let me speak nor show my cam, please help as i have friends that i av let down coz i cant get in. 'HELP!!! PLEASE'
