We should also get links to testicle exams, breast lumps, stinging when peeing, nasty oozing smelly stuff, shortness of breath after shagging, genital warts, STIs, Verrucas, the list would be endless.

Btw the operation can be done in one of 2 ways .... The first is to make an incision on the opposite side of the bend to "straighten" the cock and the other way is more risky ;the scar tissue is taken out from the affected side (unfortunately that's also where sensitive structures are ;nerves etc) but either operation has a potential for leaving the guy impotent.
