Missing mail

We do check our sent mail to see and remind ourselves of the history of the conversation but lately it seem a lot of the mail between member are missing

We just wonder why

Was it a problem with site

Did it get sorted ? and did we loss that mail history for good now?

Older messages can be auto deleted by the site, also if a member leaves their messages sometimes goes with them.

Any mail you want to keep put them in your saved message folder by hitting save message.

That is all good

But we talking about the saved one we can only read what we sent but nothing of what we received which is very stranger and never happen before

If either has blocked unless there are saved messages it'seems gone.
