Sure this has been posted before (sorry) but the improved search isn't really much much improved. What about the ability to include/exclude people based on race (contentious maybe). As this isn't a required field currently how about making it optional for all new people that join? Others could update their profiles as they felt the need to.. Surely wouldn't be that hard to implement?

But if it was optional then a search on that criteria still wouldn't necessarily pick up the ones you are/aren't looking for....

Nope, but those are your choices. Would have to be optional or it wouldn't work with existing members that didn't want to update their profiles anyway. Well, I assume so..
