Why does east midlands class as east anglia we need a meets for east anglia as you get as far as Sheffield when you look for meets fab should change or separate meets location

Totally agree, it is so frustrating when profiles come up for the East Midlands search as far away as Nottingham when you are in Essex/ Cambridge.

East Anglia is not East Midlands.

I've raised this before. It really does need addressing as, like you say, you get meets lumped in with those that are not only miles away....but given transport links in in East Anglia it's often not just the distance but the time taken to cover it.I guess folks in Scotland and Wales have similar problems.

quite agree - by no stretch of the imagination is Sheffield or Worksop or Derby within East Anglia.

I thought i remembered a thread, some time ago now, where it was said the intention was to amend the meet search facility to similar as the search on profiles....first four of postcode or main town and distance out from there.

Sounded like a reasonable plan at the time.

I have been on here 5 years and people complained about this then. Fab don't intend doing anything about it so you will just have to look at the distance.
