I have friend who cant post on the forums? Any idea how to fix?

Yep verified and a site supporter but she cant post in any forum or here to ask how to fix??

Any help would be great!

Can't she contact admin herself you don't have to cot act them through the forums you can email them

Your friend needs to use the 'CONTACT' facility to ask Admin this question - bottom of every page, really small print

She won't get 'answers' - Admin will fix any problem - and it takes usually 48 hours - so tell her to cool her heels and give them chance to do it. Admin get hundreds of reports a day - give it time - extra postings on the Forums won't change the time it takes to fix.

~Again, the contact button is totally different to the report button.

Report button....Admin can take up to 48 hours to resolve.

CONTACT button...much much quicker.

Please stop giving out the wrong advise

To the OP....they will need to contact Admin themselves from the CONTACT button at the bottom of the page
