Mobile app signing in

Hi

I usually access fab via the app and i just tap the icon and voila straight onto our profile. But since this morning I am having to constantly sign in... Which one is a pain in the ass and two has made me realise how many times a day I'm on here lol!!!

Is this something that's changed with the app or is it my phone?!?

The stay logged in box is ticked so getting annoying now

Any help or advice gratefully received xxx

Nope

I've not changed any settings it's just started wanting me to sign in every time, it's driving me nuts. Tried clearing browser history and still having the same trouble x

Some other running apps will force sign out for some reason. Candy Crush is a good example.

So I have now tried deleting app off phone and readdong it yet now can't get to the icon to add it back grrrrr! X

It's not an app it's a website configured for mobiles. So just sign in to the site then add a shortcut to your home screen.

Have you tried cleaning history off whichever browser you use. Could be a problem you had before is stopping you.also a reboot often helps
