we are in chat room some mornings on cam but a certain person keeps insisting its a video & as had us suspended 3-4 time we can assure were live but she as gathered a following who are like sheep we keep getting asked to prove our selves they ask to do stuff like thumbs up or wave witch we do they suggested for us to show a news paper with the date on dose anyone els have this problem thanks

Have you tried blocking them? They wont be able to see your cam, anything you say in chat, and you wont be able to see their comments. It's like having a magic wand and going "Expelliarnus!"

I had this. No matter how much I chatted away with comments one particular twit kept insisting I was a video. In the end I picked up a large envelope and in big red lipstick letters wrote "Not a flipping video "username""

He soon shut up.

Only a mod can ban you if they think it is a video and not just because someone complains.

The best thing to do is ask Admin to review any ban from the CONTACT button at the bottom of every page or the home page on your phone.
