Server reboot

We had to reboot one of the Fab servers just now so there was approx 3 minutes of time offline. This was related to the ongoing software issue we have that glitches every so often. Sorry

It is being worked on as we speak we hope to have some sort of resolution within the week.

We've added 10 minutes to all site supporter passes for this hiccup.

We certainly are getting a lot for our £5, I was offline at the time so wasn't affected, thanks though for the bonus, nice to see customers appreciated so much!

We just had to do another reboot after applying a software patch to one of our servers to try and resolve this issue.

Site was offline for 3-4 minutes jost now at 11:20am 30th March

The network technicians at our datacenter are about to replace a cable (of all things) there will be a couple of minutes of downtime shortly
