Was her face obscured in the pic, as only the profile holders face is allowed in their pics.

Different pic mods reject different pics.. they go through 1000s a day so some will slip through or some will be rejected

Mods are working from the same rules so if there are discrepancies it will be a mistake.

If you think your picture is within picture rules then leave the rejected picture in your gallery and ask Admin from the contact button to review for you
