Advice please. Is their any trouble the cams in chat. Myself and my wife each have an account. When I'm away I like watching her on cam but all it's doing is grey screen but I can view all other cams

Sounds like an issue her end. We use the tried and tested process of turn the cam off and back on again. It's an IT issue and I think that solves everything in IT land
