Member rec'd compulsory photo verification from admin..

An aquaintance of mine has received a compulsory photo verification on their account apparently, said he was messaging away quite happily then all of a sudden it popped up and he couldn't do anything else other than do the photo or hide/delete his account. He has been on here for a while, 3 months or so, and doesn't have any veri's as yet. Any ideas why this has happened to him??

Only Admin would know the reason. the best thing for your friend to do is PV as asked
