We have our filters set at a certain age range, yet we keep getting messages from people outside of our set filters. How do we prevent it? Is it because one of us is outside our preffered age range? Any help ppreciated

If it is a couple then only one of them needs to be within your age range.

This has actually happened to us. I have set it to 50 max but on more than one occasion, got messages from men who are 51/52 (and no, we haven't spoken to them before.) I thought I hadn't done it properly so checked, but it has been set.

I'm having problems with this. Aside from all the guys who lie about their age, I'm getting the wrong age, people with no photos...have been silver supporter & now free membership & it's happened regardless.

Have emailed admin but they didn't respond.
