I had this idea...

Like on another website (facebook) what about 'Fabbing' Friend updates?

I know the friend updates are time limited, but that means the Fab would also be removed when the friend update was changed too.

just a thought.

If I kike a friends update I would simply message them....they are friends so would be fine with that.

Sometimes I text or whatsapp them instead...just to let them know I've seen it if laughed etc...
