Just a thought, why can't we have a page for positing, watching videos like the pics page?

Server space, cost of monitoring such a system, watching all the videos to make sure they conform to the law and making sure all parties were consenting to having the videos put on are probably the biggest issue.

The site supporter fees would have to rise drastically to support such a system and I think many would not use it.

Takes up too much bandwidth, even more people will just use the site for wank material (their choice but others would complain), more volunteers would need to work more to check that the videos were suitable for the site, privacy concerns of the users themselves... lots of reasons.

There are plenty of other sites that people can use to share videos or like Skype for live-streaming. This is a swingers contact site. Personally, I don't want the cost/bandwidth/moderating issues that would come with 10,000 video clips uploaded daily of men wanking

If I wanna watch porn I go to a porn website.

God can you imagine being the poor bugger who had to mod all the videos uploaded? To make sure that they conform to UK porn laws so that Fab doesn't get closed down, that peoples faces are obscured etc etc

Seems like a whole loada bother when there are 100s of free Porn sites out there which allow you to add a video clip so you could send people a link to it.

Well you can still use Fab without being a site supporter. You just sound like you don't like paying to be a site supporter because you don't see any changes to the site?

they coukd just have a platnum service where tgey give the person who pays all sorts of extras including therefor you will no be inundated, other swinger sites have things like this and the video updates are about updated as a VHS in a digital era, in otherwords no one posts videos.

vidoes would be a great thing for the site in this day and age how can bandwidth be a problem. 10 years ago we had 4mg bandwith now we got 152+ from virgin.so come on fab get em vids going x

I think "bandwidth" is probably the wrong word. I think the extra cost comes from the additional FILE SERVERS which Fab would need, to store vidoes. Storage isn't cheap. Plus, as others have said, someone would have to moderate all the videos, to make sure they didn't break site rules.

Leave videos where they belong - on porn sites.
