FabSwingers.com forum: Tradesmen/women

I'm currently looking for a gardener / landscaper to do some work and it occurred to me there must be loads of tradesmen/women on here that could probably do all kinds of work for site members if they had the right forum.

With that in mind, I wonder if there should be a "Fab-a-trader" forum? A place where you could advertise the work you need doing and have local tradesmen/women contact you to discuss the work and arrange for a viewing/quote.

Ok, was just a thought.

We could have given reviews on the work, give people confidence on the standard of work that was done and the integrity of the tradespeople ... but if it's not allowed fair enough.

You Dont Need to Know, right now

Far too many men would be looking for 'payment in kind'. I prefer to pick a tradesman through he usual methods, and pay him in UK pounds.

I'm not sure I agree, they still need to make a living and need to be paid the same as anyone doing a job.

But as I said, it was just a thought.
