We're still working on this apologies for the problems. Should be sorted in 5-10 minutes

We'll be making good on all supporter passes as usual.

Ok the server is back up but we'll continue to monitor the situation.

We'll be adding time to all site supporter passes once we're sure it's stable again.

It looks like this problem is resolved but we're continuing to monitor the situation.

We believe the problem was caused by a config change we'd made to the image server to try and resolve another issue with problems at peak load.

The images were affected for 20-30 minutes. We've now added a full hour to all site supporter passes to make good and apologise.
