fake profiles

I have seen a profile on here that I have spoken to on another site. They are not members on the other site anymore but their current profile pic on this site is one of me and my partner that I shared with them. I have reported them but nothing seems to have been done. How long should it take for them to be removed?

This has now been dealt with.

Just as a general note the more information we're left the better; we need to be able to verify ourselves any allegations made, in order to be fair to everyone on the site.

Just accusing someone of something isn't enough.
