In region searches etc can't we have a East Yorkshire / humberside catagory

This is where fab falls flat on its face. I seem to remember admin saying this would be addressed years ago, but no joy. It's particularly frustrating when using the "meets and events" section.

Having yorkshire(largest county in England) as an area and not putting Sheffield in East Midlands.

The problem is that there will always be boundaries, e.g., Halifax coming under the North West. Counties would present the same problem, particularly if you lived at the edge, e.g., Crewe. I think the option we currently have, I.e., to search a distance from postcode is the best available, even though my own postcode covers a very large area.

put in a search from newcastle and you get people in hull 174 mls away not really easy to get to for a quick meet
