Is it just me or has anyone else noticed the surge in Womens profiles that turn out to be charging for meets or sex... ? Finding way too many women are actually escorts, prostitutes, hookers or just looking for a pay day... I can only report so many. And i feel its ruining fab for the genuine users.

i feel like charging tbh. men make me feel like that.

The funniest thing is, half of them cannot admit they are prostitutes! Fine class yourself as a "escort" but your still charging people for sex therefore prostitute in my eyes and nearly everyone elses!

Worst thing is they aren't even attractive! Obese/drug addicts/covered in cheap make up.

I hope to god i never have a child who see's this as a legitimate career

As someone who has met Van I can understand why he feels aggrieved about this - he is certainly not someone who would 'need' to pay for services

But, back to the op, I've not noticed any asking for money, but I'm not actively seeking at the moment, so I'm not saying it doesn't happen. Just report and move on.
