I only ask as i noted a profile in which the owner of the profile does just that. It was reported to admin and they have done nothing about it.

As always, Admin get hundreds of reports a day so it can take up to 48 hours for them to be dealt with, sometimes a bit longer. If you report something please be patient. If Admin deem it against rules they will sort it
