Just wondering if anyone has had a similar issue or I need to contact my phone provider? Text for a silver support as usual (pin arrives in seconds) but haven't heard anything as of yet. Runs out in a few days and would be nice to get sorted while I can

Has the pin arrived ? Your post mentioned it arrived in seconds, if so you need to input that code into site supporters page

Which network and which phone? I ask as o2 have a app on android and iPhone that keeps tabs on your messaging and if you've been charged. There's a possibility that the message is in transit and hasn't made it to the destination yet

From previous attempts the pin would arrive within seconds. This time however I've not yet received a pin, will be charged twice as Im an impatient arse and haven't heard back from administration yet nearly 24hours later
