Can blocked people read forum posts

If we have blocked people and put up a thread on the forum can the blocked people /person read it?

They can comment on threads you start,but not talk about the block or direct comments at you.

Yes, btw never use the Forum as a platform to target blocked OP's.

Would never do anything suggested.

Was going to ask a question for advice on forum but if a blocked person reads it they may possibly guess who wrote are. So will leave it be.
