FAQ - For Admin

I have, as I am tired of the boring 'verification' queries, copied and pasted the comments from the FAQ into the post on the Site Help forum but I've noticed they haven't been updated as it still shows you can be verified by phone which you can no longer do. Any chance of Admin updating it then
