profile views and forum contributions

Would it be possible to add the little green arrow to a profile when it is viewed so you can see what forum threads the person has contributed to, and any?

You Dont Need to Know, right now

It has been suggested before, and the answer from Admin was no. It would require an extra link-thingy-with-all-the-back-stuff (technical term! ) to be added to EACH profile, which would slow down the loading of profiles. And since only 1% of people use the forums anyway, the drawbacks would outweigh the benefits.

Only 1 %. Why then are newbies told to make themselves known in forums to get a veris? Seems a bit of a red herring.

It sure is....although for some people using the forum helps them to be successful on the site so I don't suppose it hurts
