Had my phone bill today, and found that upgrading each month by phone costs us about 60p extra, over a year this would be an extra £7.20, which isnt a great deal, but it would be nice, if it states £5, to only pay £5.

Any ideas?

We've contacted you privately about this so our phone upgrade people can look into it.

If anyone else has this problem can you let us know privately along with your number so it can be looked into and made good. The charge should always be slightly under £5. We'll ensure that if it isn't, it's corrected.
