Silver Site Supporter. Get the occasional wink and or message from other users, but they don't show up in the "looked at me" list.

How could they have winked or messaged without looking at my profile? And if they did look at it why don't they show in the looked at me list?

You can hide your profile from the looked at me list.

Not found that facility myself. Did wonder if there was something like that going on. Will have to investigate.

Does spoil one of the benefits Site Supporter status a bit.

I go in stealth mode since after i have a wee nosey at some profiles i then receive loads of messages saying hi u were looking at my profile.. yes i looked and if i was interested i wouldve messaged just feel its easier lol

There are lots of other benefits of being a Site Supporter. I never look at my Looked At Me list, because if they looked and WERE interested, they would get in touch. I really don't care who looks at me and weren't interested.

And I always browse in stealth mode, as I hated getting the mails saying "I see you looked at my profile, are you interested?". Errr, no! If I was interested, I would have got in touch!

Well that is new to me...thanks. Rather defeats the stealth mode purpose though...tend not to use it though but good to know.

If you go to the Privacy settings part of your account you can tick to not show on the who's looked at me page

You go to your "privacy" settings and check the option for "I don't show" in the looked at profiles bit.

You don't want people to be able to look at your profile in stealth mode? To put it the other way round, you want to know when someone has looked at your profile and found you uninteresting?

What possible use would that be to you?

If you want to be able to see who has looked at you, so that you can send them "I see you looked at me" messages, then that is the WHOLE POINT of stealth mode. Before I found the stealth mode option, I got really fed up of those kind of messages! And that's why so many women and couples browse in stealth.

If you were able to block stealth viewers from viewing your profile, then you would be posting a thread saying "why do so many single men look at my profile?"

Not a good idea; I think most women browse in stealth mode ( for the reasons they have given). None of the women that I am currently chatting with show as " viewed your profile" yet I know they have all looked at it, because we have discussed stuff.

Some of them messaged me first; so if I had blocked stealth viewers , they would not have contacted me.

I get asked all the time.. Why I haven't looked at someone's profile if I have replied to them... Seems alot of people don't know of this option... Will never come out of stealth mode
