why are ppl allowed to make up profiles use them to send threats etc., then leave site so you get user no longer on site. surely if they leave site automatically the message should be deleted along with everything else they did in that name

we have had this - messages with malicious intent but cannot report as unlos -

You Dont Need to Know, right now

I would still click "report" on the message from the UNLOS. Admin probably have the IP address of the account which went UNLOS, and if they try to come back again on the same IP address, the report will help give Admin the full picture.

thats no good admin dont have the ip addys when tdhey leave

plus ive heard they alter all the time if you log in and out - might be wrong

Depends on the persons network wan up type. Most home broadband connections use a dynamic up address on they providers range so when they reboot there router or the connection drops they arw given a new one. Static up address to identify one particular circuit is commonly found in business broadband connections.

So up blocking wouldn't always work.
