Been charged 3 times for site supporters but not had text

I applied for the site supporters pass by text and I never received it ( I applied nearly a month ago) , I just checked my bill and found I have been charged for it on 3 separate occasions all together totalling £15

Can someone from admin please contact me

If you use the CONTACT button at the bottom of the home page on a phone or any page on a PC giving Admin all relevant info they will help.
