Spain or ROW for new Gran Canaria posts?

Just noticed a Forum for Spain and not sure if it is new or not, but there are a sprinkling of posts for the Canaries, with still loads in ROW.

Where should they go ( I know that it doesn't matter enormously), does Spain include the Canaries? I know how some people like things to be segregated correctly

the canaries are governed by parliament in Madrid so I would imagine Spanish page
