CAn someone with a green flag only verify someone else?

Have just seen a profile that is verified by another member as meeting in person, and the person who verified them only has the green flag for a photo veri. Is that possible now?

No.

It's possible someone has had their verification tick and verifications removed e.g. for giving a fake verification.

If you report the profile who has been verified we'd like to take a look.
