Reducing the time wasters

I'd like to know is it possible to out out all the time wasters and fakes by only allowing the use of the message system when your either photo verified or a site supporter. As we all know it's takes minutes to become photo verified and this might stop the idiots spoiling the site.

There are plenty of 'timewasters' who are site supporters, photo veried And meet veried.

You just need to use a bit of common sense and this site works well.

Photo verification proves nothing as the photos displayed on the profile may not be of the same person as the verification photo...

Got to agree last ten to look at us seven on a year no photos no veris it gets tedious would love this site to give gold membership for three months to every new member for say a £5 then revert to free membership it wouldn't get rid of all the time wasters but it would out large chunk especially the ones whose mummy still pays for everything

The only verification that is worth having is a play one.

Site supporter? What does that prove? Timewasters have money too.

Photo verified? Worthless, I could fake one, and I'm not that good on a computer.

If you get caught out by a timewaster, I suggest you look at your selection process, in over 7 years on here we have NEVER had a no-show!

None of the above ideas would stop time-wasters exploiting this site and being a voyeur. Freebie membership of too many sites allows them to steal batches of matching images and some sites like AFF or NewbieNudes encourages "pix contests" with message cards. Easy to replace the words IF you know how to photo-edit . . . and veri's? This site allows any user to have unlimited alternative profiles. We bet you'll have some out there having created their own "ring of friends" just for verifications.

Only one way to cut the chaff from the wheat which is used on commercial sex sites. The "photo verification" MUST be "proof of identity", a good photo of a photo driving license say.

That'll make them think twice . . . except it'll have half the couples leaving too.

Learning to recognise them early and use your filters is about the only way.

Wow. I remember the days before we had photo verification. It was a good place then, we could only blame ourselves for no shows, we didn't have the ability to blame everyone else.

I tend to find that if they won't exchange phone numbers and face pics when talking about arranging a meet then they are more than likely timewasters.

Be good to have the option to choose between meet, photo, or cam block though. Photo verified doesn't even have to be the face on show.

If it's that easy to get photo verified, how will that stop idiots?

You'd be better off suggesting that photo verification become massively complex an bureaucratic - that would b more likely to put em off!

. Active site members do not worry about the so called time wasters . We have our own techniques for ing them out .

I think it'd be a good idea to have a red/green system as to judging their let down ratio. Like for example one guy had me drive to his house that, ok, was only 20 mins away but I got there and he txt and said 'gone to the pub. Changed my mind'. He would deffo get a red!!

I'm sure the system would be abused though.

The problem with the photo verification proposal is that if will put a lot of genuine people off. If the site was to be hacked with the photos released it would be a nightmare.

The problem with the site supporter proposal is £5 is very little money and it doesn't distinguish the fake from the real.

I appreciate your suggestions though

I'm getting friend requests from someone I blocked.

I was friends with them, realised they were up to no good

Deleted them.

Had a mad moment an unblocked everyone.

They sent another request.

Thought I'd give them another chance

Bad idea

Deleted them again

I get another friend request!!!

It's another "disorganised" paid house party person.

Timewasters will continue nothing you can do about it you organise a meet and its set but other things come into play periods ,partners,money,work,transport plus sex is a luxury item it can be dispensed with its a mood thing ,I've had many let downs which have cost me money hotels and transport costs etc you can't do anything about it because what ever you do can be abused to ,a league table of the worst offenders but people's names will go on list who don't deserve it ,the list will attract negative attention to whoever posts a culprit you can't win

Sadly I think that's true but good judgement and common sense do go a long way in ing out fakes.

As for timewasters, the definition of that term is so flexible, but again good judgement and common sense, together with some experience of having experienced it in whatever form is being referred to, does help to it out.

Surely first you have to define what a time waster is.

Secondly if you think a driving licence is fool proof then that is rather foolish. I could in about 3 mins find a pic of a lady off a porn site. Cut it, crop it and reduce it to fit on a random licence.

If you only want to meet with site supporters then just put that in your search it's already an option as is meeting only verified people.

Put up the price and increase administration and photo Id requirements and the site will lose business to others.
