My freinds profile has gone it was buttercup2015 and she has no idea why. She has been on a long time and had loads of varifications.

But difficult if she has no profile, I'm assuming she hasn't yet made another profile in the hope her friend can help her get her original profile back

The blue bar with the contact link is still at the bottom of the log-in / home page
