If someone has contacted you saying that they are a moderator - then they are not. You should report the message to prevent them pulling this on anyone else.

They are like the Fab Police .... you have to sit on the naughty step with your hands on your head till they tell you you can move .... they are very strict ... if you are very naughty you might get banned for a while xxx... so boys and girls , please play nice together

"What is a moderator and what are they there for ?"

Photo mods - approve or refuse the pics you upload.

Chat mods - make sure everyone plays nice in the chat rooms, no directing in the non directing rooms, no abuse etc.

Forum mods - again make sure the adults in the forums act like adults.
