Do you buy add ons to get lots of texts?

Premium rate texts are not generally included in add on bundles.

Are you talking about messages? No you can't, only mobile phone companies do that. Maybe consider sending less messages if you are running out

No we have unlimited texts to all numbers, never had a problem before now. I have had to phone and get my code instead of texting the number so all sorted now xx
