Getting rid of winks

Does anyone think this should be scrapped?

I'm just asking as I'm sure there are people on here who think they're a waste of time

But what about those that don't?

I've had some lovely chats and meets that started off with nothing more than a wink. They still work for some (but not all as you say).

Maybe there should be a button that prevents winks being sent to you so you can opt out instead?

I was only asking out of curiosity. I think I may have had a wink about once or twice in a duration of two years. I don't mind receiving winks. Its just winks shouldn't be a one way street when it comes to sending them

They are harmless and easily deleted so why bother?

We like them, use them and receive them

I've had many a conversation and some meets emanating from a wink received or sent so leave them be...

I always do when I do eventually get winked which doesn't happen often even when I send a wink

If they winked back and then turned you down later, you'd be complaining of mixed messages.

If it was compulsory to wink back, it'd be no fun..

No I don't and in fact there is another post about this very subject so maybe do a search on the forums and check out the answers there
