If you block someone can they still see your profile if they have you on their hot list?

They can reply to forum posts but they can't use the reply privately button.

If you think someone is using the forum to get around a block (not to just reply to a thread that interests them) report their post and let admin decide.

If someone who is on your block list has somehow managed to message you report the message for admin to deal with as there must be a glitch - they can't fix it unless they know it exists.
