catorgy for people who no longer swing but here as a substitute for facebook

with so many profiles to look through and chatrooms full of people not meeting.Does anyone think a separate room for current players would be good?

we understand people who no longer play wanting to be in chatrooms but left in search??, why whats the point? it just clogs the search up.

maybe a symbol to show they are not playing.or a symbol to say they are would be better. then when they want to start playing they can take the symbol down. your thoughts

With the restrictions I have on my profile it should stop me showing in any searches

I could hide the orifulet but never liked that idea, prefer it to state not looking

Instashag... well when we want a meet and its the only time we have as caz works sometimes 6 days without a break inc weekends whats wrong with that? are you saying we have to have message ping pong and chat for weeks first? tba we have done that many times and found the people in real life are nothing like they say they are.

when people feel horny the site should be a way of getting a meet quickly.

all well and good if others respect and adhere to that, given that many of all types ignore what folks have on their profiles and chance their arm it may well only partially work or not at all..

pretty sure that admin would have considered something along those lines as with what other sites do as it may assist them in running the site perhaps?

I'm currently dating a lass so not meeting as I don't play away but I still enjoy the forums and social activities.

So, I've removed all the looking for options from my profile so I don't show up in search

in the last 24 hrs?

in the last week?

in the last month?

heck... in the last year?

if they say they are not playing... they tend not to put that info at the end of a profile..

i have yet to read a profile where you go thru it and then at the end say "oh by the way... not playing.... sorry!!!!"

it tends to go right at the beginning... and if the 15 seconds it takes peeps to read that is too time consuming.. i don't think that the profile writers problem...

So you're saying people are more likely to be "like they say they are" if you've chatted for less time?

I can't see the correlation myself between people being any different to who they claim and the length of time spent messaging. Surely a longer timescale offers more opportunity to get to know someone?

And isn't there a handy 'meet today' facility for short notice meets already?

we don't plan our meets they are random as we work weird hours and cant plan so we use the meet today sign it works for us.. as for the non swingers catorgy it will never work everyone has a break or time out then all the fake profiles and time wasters

Just because people use the site differently (thankfully) does it always get referred to as Facebook, just curious as I don't use it

I know there are times I like to hide profile but not from friends , and have seen suggestions for a colour coding option before

to be able to change one button rather than having to keep changing filters would be great though.

We are on a little but of a hiatus right now but always open to meeting if the mood takes up .... not sure what category we would be put in. Then what, if someone refuses to play with someone and has not posted a very for a while, they are reported to admin and their profile is changed to a different category? It sounds good but in practise would not work at all, logistically

I don't often play - my life is quite busy away from fab... but I like to chat on here, and do sometimes find people I'd like to meet up with.

Thankfully they are patient - sometimes its been months between initial message and meeting, but noone has ever said I am not what they expected.

Ive posted meets up the day before as Ive discovered im going to be available and sometimes on the same day, admittedly mostly socials, no one is interested, even when ive posted up a alternative meet, same response, Nil.
